Mr. Baron Howard delivered a powerful speech/workshop to my students on the last day of school. To say the least, the students were ready to be out of school, but Mr. Howard engaged the students and spoke to them about life skills. His life skills workshop helped the graduating students to think about their future. He encouraged them to consider being entrepreneurs. He also spoke to them about how their choices today affect their tomorrow. I am so ever grateful, as I am sure the students are for Mr. Howard's motivational speaking. I highly recommend that he continue to speak with youth of all ages about their choices in life.
Entrepreneurs Success Builders Network (ESBN) was created in February 2009 with intent to provide workshops to adults on 12 life Successful Principles that are the foundation for successful living. Baron Howard, Executive Director and Expert Life Principle Coach and Nikki Borders, Project Manager built a four-week session based on the 12 Life Successful Principles.

ESBN believes that our youth and members needs are of the utmost importance and we are truly commitment in meeting those needs. We have been very successful in retaining membership and more importantly have become change agents in the lives of many.
We listen to the concerns and challenges that today's youth are faced with on daily basis and with the guidance of our leadership; ESBN identifies a systematic approach that can be applied to these situations. Ultimately, our goal is to prevent permanent barriers and avoid stunted growth as they pursue their dreams and aspirations. ESBN teaches skills and work ethics that will help them cultivate and execute an approach that will be effective for their success.
ESBNs resources promotes triumph and prepares young people to overcome any obstacle that may impede their predetermined success.

Program Objectives:
ESBN Provides class sessions in three categories: Writing Question and Answers, Discussion Questions, and Power Point Presentation. LOT group sessions will be instituted and will meet once weekly for two hours for 26 weeks. ESBN is seeking a maximum of 50, 4th through 6th grade students (25 males & 25 females). ESBN will provide data to reveal results of students success at the completion of the program.

Baron was born in Greensboro, North Carolina and attended Calvin Coolidge Senior High School and University of the District of Columbia in Washington, DC. He also attended Florida Memorial College in Miami-Dade, Florida. He is a Certified Life Skills Master Trainer (CLSMT), expert Life Principles Coach, Empowerment/Educational Speaker, Instructor, and Entrepreneur.

Baron is currently facilitating two mentoring programs at Bladensburg Elementary School where he has been for the past three (3) years. His passion is in developing the growth and leadership of youth in the home, school and community. He has committed himself to the Bladensburg Community and its growth. He is the PTSA President at Bladensburg Elementary where he can effect, strengthen and educate the entire student body and parents.
Baron is a devoted father, grandfather, and friend. He credits his Creator and family with keeping him motivated and focused on his design purpose in life, which is to elevate peoples education towards excellence. He seeks to instruct one billion people through coaching, workshops, seminars, camps, speaking and educational programs.

Brief History of Business
Entrepreneurs Success Builders Network (ESBN) was created in February 2009 with the intent to provide workshops to adults on 12 Life Successful Principles that are the foundation for successful living. Baron Howard, CEO and Expert Life Principle Coach and Nikki Borders, administrator built a four week session based on the 12 Life Successful Principles.
The platform of delivery was opened through Robert Corbitt, Business Consultant and Developer. Baron and Robert have had a personal relationship for over 30 years. Robert also provides ESBN with our faith based component at Asbury United Methodist Church, Washington, DC where Dr. Louis Shockley is the Pastor and overseer. Robert Corbitt is the President of the Asbury Economic Development Corporation, a 501c3.
ESBN has evolved to providing programs, workshops, seminars, consulting, camps and health fairs to at risk youth and adults. Presently, ESBN has 10 stakeholders, 10 workshops, 5 expert subject matter coaches/presenters. ESBN's workshops include but are not limited to anger management, conflict resolution, entrepreneurship "how to start a business", and workforce preparation. ESBN has provided two fund raisers, 4 forums, developed unlimited collaborative forces with individuals, organizations, businesses, politicians, religious leaders and institutions and community activists.
ESBN is building model programs that will be implemented anywhere there is an at risk population. We have placed our programs in schools, churches and low to moderate income housing projects. This expansion has increased the population we serve and enhanced our relationship with government agencies/officials and the business sector.
Our future is to build a skilled institution that provides apprenticeship programs and higher education opportunities, along with a residential facility that will provide short term stay for distressed families. Once the institute is complete our focus is to have participants gain the ability to compete in the education and economic global system.

In October 2010, I had the pleasure of hearing Baron Howard do his speech entitled "The Power of Thought" and he was awesome. His presentation style is engaging. His life story is captivating. And his message is motivating. As a national speaker, I deliver a lot of talks and I hear a lot of speakers but not many have the sincere heart and true passion to help youth succeed that is so clearly evident in Baron Howard.
